Jocelyn: [at a board meeting over the April issue] Well… they’re showing a lot of florals right now, so I was thinking…
Miranda Priestly: Florals? For spring? Ground breaking. The Devil wears Prada.
Yes, yes, I agree with ‘Miranda’ , but come on, don’t we just love a little floral to brighten up our day? Be it big or small, there is a flower for you. Choose, tiny and compact to cover up your problem areas and accentuate your less than voluptuous parts with larger prints. As seen in my previous post on florals don’t need to be frumpy or ordinary, give them some edge. Try to wear floral in an unconventional A matching shirt and skirt.
So try something different with the roses in your closet, think outside of the fence. There’s no need to look like a Namakwaland daisym, but you can draw inspiration from them.
