In my house , we do food. We do good food, healthy food, not so healthy , definitely not healthy artery clogging food. We do organic, we do fried, we do wholegrain and refined, we do Asian to African and everything in between. We love food, in all it’s forms and shape, calorie counts and flavours, sweet, salty, spicy… we enjoy eating and we eat a lot. For this reason, I always overcook. We’re two people in the house, but I make portion fit for four and we always end up with loads of leftovers and leftovers mean sandwiches ! I wanted to share with you how a sandwich making session in our house looks like.

My lovely boyfriend put together the sandwiches. Simply cut your roasted leg of lamb into the desired pieces and built our sandwiches. Delicious , to say the least!
